ZÉNITUDE #12020
We all live in an increasingly demanding, fast, challenging and stressful world every day. There are so many things to do, so many tasks to do and so many people to satisfy that we often manage to forget ourselves and over time, we end up paying the price. Stress, burnout, illness and depression are the lot of more and more people, who simply don't know where to turn. Under these conditions, life can really become difficult if nothing is done to change.
Zenitude, or the art of preserving inner serenity, is a state of being that can greatly help us to catch our breath and de-dramatize many aspects of our lives.
Keeping balance means nourishing all spheres of your life: work, love, leisure. It means investing in each of these aspects by making sure not to put all your eggs in the same basket. It also means being better equipped to face the demands of everyday life, manage stress and have rewarding relationships with others... and with yourself!
There are several methods to achieve a state of inner calm; I thought I'd share some tips to help you relax:
Meditation and yoga (learn to breathe deeply, stretch, let your thoughts go), walking in nature (by taking a bath in nature, you recharge your batteries!), taking care of your body (going to bed early, having a good massage or going to the spa), taking time for yourself (putting aside the cell phone, reading a good book, listening to relaxing music, doing nothing for a while... yes!), moving with a little exercise, at least 30 minutes a day (walking, running, swimming, cycling, etc.), maintaining relationships with others (having a coffee with a friend, taking time alone with our spouse, playing with our children), taking time to laugh and have fun (laughing is a simple, economical and effective way to fight stress), taking breaks at work 5 to 10 minutes to quit (taking a short walk or eating a snack outside to get some air)...
Finally, there are many ways to catch your breath and achieve a state of inner tranquility... see to it for your health and well-being!
I created this bracelet with all the elements that bring zenitude in mind.
I have chosen colours that recall nature with its shades of green and amber topaz; I have the image of a walk in the woods on a beautiful summer's day. We lie on the grass, and feel this beautiful energy that revitalizes; what happiness!

BFLAMENCO #12021
Flamenco is both a dance of seduction and emotion. It tells the story of the suffering, exile, love and history of the gypsy people of Andalusia, in the musical sensitivity of the Gypsies, in the sweetness and sadness of their songs and in the interpretation of the emotions found in the dancer and the dancer.
This dance was created in Andalusia, in southern Spain, and is said to have its origins in three cultures that have flourished in the region over the centuries: Arab-Muslim, Jewish and Christian. She is very often associated with gypsies or Roma who have appropriated flamenco and given it its style.
Like any dance, flamenco has evolved in various forms. Rhythm is undoubtedly the most important characteristic to distinguish the different forms of flamenco. Some forms are sung without accompaniment, while others use a guitar or even another accompaniment. Some forms are only expressed through dance. In addition, some dances or songs are traditionally the privilege of men, and others are reserved for women. However, many traditional aspects lose their rigidity. Farruca, for example, once a male dance, is now also practiced by women.
Carried by guitars and voices, flamenco dance is very expressive. She responds to the complaints of the songs with great emotion and power. She has lived through times and fashions, perhaps because she expresses universal feelings.
Attending a flamenco show is an essential stopover for any traveller wishing to get to know Spanish and Andalusian culture. It is the promise of a strong and disturbing experience, with mysterious sources of music, song and dance, to discover a poignant heritage, oscillating between sweetness and violence, grace and strength. And maybe, the birth of a spark that will make you want to go further...
For the creation of this magnificent bracelet, I was inspired by the colours that predominate during flamenco shows. Indeed, men, whether dancers, guitarists or dancers, traditionally wear black. The long flounced dress worn by women who dance flamenco is often a flamboyant red, a symbol of passion and intensity.
I am very happy with the result of the combination of black and red for this bracelet; by adding a golden touch, we find the essential elements of flamenco itself: ardour, intensity and class...
I hope you'll like it!

EAU DE GLACIER #12022
A glacier is a large mass of ice produced by the accumulation of snow and snow, packed and compressed snow. The water from the glaciers is incredibly pure. Indeed, these are composed of ice that can date back more than 12,000 years, a time when pollution phenomena were not yet a reality. The consequence is that the purity of this water is exceptional because it is trapped in the ice.
Due to the effects of human activity on climate change, global average temperatures have increased at an unprecedented rate over the past two centuries. With warmer temperatures and falling snowfall, many glaciers have melted in a shorter time than necessary to replenish the ice mass.
If this process continues, sea level rise is expected to affect millions of
people around the world, in coastal regions and on islands.
We are increasingly aware of the devastating effects of global warming. There is an urgent need for change and for governments to put in place measures to limit the damage. Everyone will have to make choices and sacrifices to help the planet in its period of accelerated transformation.
I wanted to pay tribute to these majestic glaciers, which are disappearing faster and faster and remind us of the urgency to act. By creating this bracelet in shades of marine aqua, white and a touch of crystal, you can easily imagine the snow, ice and melting glacier water.
I also see the crystalline purity of its water and the brilliance of the ice in the sun...
Let us pay tribute to these noble and imposing glaciers, venerable guardians of the history of our Earth...

PRÉCIEUX CORAIL #12023
Coral reefs dazzle with their natural beauty. They are found everywhere, even where they are not expected. In recent years, scientists have discovered coral reefs off Norway, as well as at significant depths in the Mediterranean.
The total area of all coral reefs on our planet represents less than 0.25% of the total marine environment. Yet it is estimated that nearly two million different species live in, on and around the world's reefs. It is where a quarter of the fish in our oceans grow, including some species that we are used to eating.
This biodiversity is fundamental. As a source of both income and food, it provides irreplaceable services to humanity. In many coastal areas, which are real breakwaters, coral reefs are, for example, a fundamental bulwark against violent natural phenomena such as cyclones, typhoons or hurricanes.
Yet, it is estimated that about a quarter of the world's coral reefs have already suffered irreversible damage, and that two thirds are seriously threatened. In question, again and again are human activities that are gradually degrading marine habitats.
Corals, true jewels of the oceans, are now in great danger and the consequences would be disastrous. I am very sensitive to this sad tragedy and I wanted to highlight the beauty of these corals by creating a bracelet with shades of coral, very pale smoky grey and white and silver.
Let us preserve these natural beauties, for the good of all!

DOUCEUR DU MATIN #12024
What could be more magical than a gentle morning surrounded by the beauties of waking nature?
The birds singing, the golden rays of the sun pushing back the last shadows of the night. At the beginning of this new day, as a birth everything seems possible to us. A first coffee smells like home, you take the time to enjoy it. The dog wakes up and the cat stretches, why not play a little and make the pleasure last?
I like those sweet mornings when life is simpler, more beautiful too. There is no hurry, we take the time to live and breathe deeply. With your hair still tousled, you put on a jacket and walk around, feet in the grass beaded with morning dew.
The mist gradually dissipates and gives way to daylight; we breathe this air which smells like grass and nectar of flowers...
For all these sweets and more, I was inspired by these thoughts and images to create this bracelet in the colours of grass, lichen, and the rays of the sun at dawn...
Take as much as you can sweet moments like this one to simply do yourself good....
